This soaring home on the Falmouth waterfront is one of our LEED-certified homes, achieving Gold level. Designed by Phil Kaplan of Kaplan-Thompson Architects, it captures stunning views of Casco Bay while simultaneously maximizing solar gain. A solar-assisted heating and hot water system and spray-foam insulated walls add to the building's energy efficiency, and an imaginative use of metal siding and roofing add to the striking design. Take a panoramic tour of the interior here . |
